Weight loss isn’t just about losing weight but it’s about feeling and looking better. If you‘re among the thousands of people that need to lose weight then have a look at these weight loss tips which can make yourself look better.


Starting tomorrow drink 6 glasses of water as follows:  Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up and before doing anything else. Then drink a glass of water every 3 hours. If needed put up a reminder on your mobile and make sure that you carry a bottle of water always with you. If it is more suitable you can have a couple of glasses with your meals instead of drinking any other drink.


Make sure that you eat a good breakfast consisting of cereals, low fat milk and 2 slices of toast with low fat butter. For drink you should have black coffee with low fat milk or a glass of fresh grapefruit juice.


You need to arrange your schedule so that you take your dinner at least 2-3 hours before going to bed. Dinner is your last meal of the day, this also means no snacks or drinks after that (besides water). You can eat green salad with 2 slices of toast (no butter) and also a low fat yogurt with honey for desert. Your drink again is of course water!


Every week you need to at least 3 times walk for 30 minutes and you should run for an extra 10 minutes. The speed and intensity of the exercise will depend on your physical condition. You don’t have to run like crazy but you do have to push yourself so you can feel your heart beat increasing. If you are fit then you can expand both the duration and frequency of these sessions to suit. The more that you can exercise the better is for your health and weight loss efforts.


Finally, one of my favorite weight loss tips is, go and search your fridge, kitchen and cupboards and get rid of all the chocolates, sweets and other unhealthy snacks you may have. If you don’t find them in front you then most likely than not, you won’t look for them. This for most people sounds unnecessary but it’s very important. When you watch TV at night or you are bored then you may get a desire for a snack. If you find something sweet then you will not resist the temptation. Better save yourself from this situation and your diet from the many unneeded calories of snacks.
