How to Find Happiness in Yourself.
Being overweight is becoming common place in this day and age and being overweight bring unhappiness and stress. Most people either don’t have the time or simply cannot be bothered to exercise or eat healthy but this doesn’t have to be the case. The majority of people with kids find it hard to get to the local gym or cook a nice meal and this is where we are going wrong. 


You don’t need to go to the gym to exercise, it is very easy to work out at home if you give it some thought, from walking up and down the stairs to using the latest technology you can exercise without having to open the front door. The Nintendo Wii and Xbox Kinect have some fantastic work out games that can involve the whole family and I know my kids love the new Zumba Fitness on the Wii Fit.


Eating the right foods and drinking water will also lead to happiness as every cell in your body needs water from your head to your toe. This is why it is so important to drink enough fluid, for example, the brain consists of 90% of water and if you do not supply enough water to your body then your brain will not function well, and also you may get headache or migraine. Hence, the next time you feel fatigue or get a headache, it may be the sign of dehydration.


It’s not just eating well and exercise that will give you happiness and below is a list of things that will also find you happiness within your life:


Focus on Today – It is no good looking back over your life and thinking about the what if’s You only have now. Yesterday is just a memory and you cannot change it. Tomorrow is simply a fantasy which is in your mind right now so live in the now; focus on the present moment and today. Also try to think and worry less about yesterday and tomorrow. Otherwise you may miss a great deal of happiness that is available to you right now.


Be Grateful - One of the best and quickest ways to turn a negative or sour mood into a positive one is to be grateful.
You can feel gratitude for; the sunshine or the weather, your home, your health, your friends and family and so on. Give it a try and see how it can change how you feel. You’ll feel great because you are grateful about your world and the people you are grateful for will feel great too because they feel appreciated. So don´t forget about gratitude or you might forget about the happiness that is already in your life.


Help Someone Else to Find Happiness - This is definitely one of the most popular ideas I’ve found about happiness. It might sound like a cliché, but it works very well. When you make someone else happy for example, helping them with something then you can sense, see, feel and hear it which can boost you own ego by thinking, ”Wow, I really made him/her happy!” And since the Law of Reciprocity is strong there is also an upside. People will feel like giving back to you, or they may feel like helping/sharing it with someone else which can spread the happiness.
